Pulmonary choristoma in a new-born calf with multiple cranial and nervous malformations

ABSTRACT: Multiple congenital malformations can occur concomitantly in several species since the anomaly one organ may lead directly to malformation of another. Additionally, etiology is not always clarified. Choristoma refers an ectopic tissue that histologically normal abnormal location. A case pulmonary and nodal choristoma associated with cranioschisis, hydrocephalus, syringomyelia a new-born calf reported here. Clinically, had mass frontal region head local bone deformation.
